Cheap bastard spent some money today (MM7)

Walked into Spencer Gifts today to be greeted by a fresh case of MM7 on the pegs (they hadn't even priced them yet). They were evenly packed, so I figured I better get the two I wanted ASAP instead of waiting for the better price @ TRU:

Robocop was a no-brainer - it ROCKS!:



Hicks looks a lot better than most of the pics I've seen, though both of the ones they had were missing the motion tracker. [img]frown.gif[/img] (maybe I can sell this super-rare variant on ebay and buy a new car!) [img]graemlins/sure.gif[/img]



Not sure why they changed it but the Old Monty figures had the wheelchair packaged upsidedown above the figure. Having seen the Hoyt figure I've decided my Mail Call custom isn't going to happen. Oh well.

And just so you don't think I'm losing my touch, I picked up two more of these the other day (75% off - SHAME on all of you who passed on the Muppets figures and allowed them to hit clearance [img]wink.gif[/img] ...one of the few lines I paid full retail for, but they were worth it).



And for anyone interested, Hot Topic had the NECA NBC figures (looked really nice actually - I love the Zero included with Jack) and the Palisades Invader Zim stuff (no idea what this is - a cartoon I assume?).

Is that Hicks on a Tri-ling card or no?

If not... that will be a VERY RARE variant!!!!

According to Goff.... the Motion tracker was left off early on (most of the Tri-lings) and he thought it was caught before the English cards.

Hold onto it (or pick up the extra). At worst, it will be worth the 9 bucks you paid for it... at best it could pull you 3 or 4 times that. [img]smile.gif[/img]
